How do I upgrade my current listing to a Fully Featured Entry?
"We provide 4 levels of listings (Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum) to cater for those who have different levels of information, such as graphic images etc. At anytime you can upgrade to the next level "FREE OF CHARGE" It is simple and easy to update and modify. If you can use Word or Notepad and browse for an image on your HD then you are able to upload and maintain your page with ease.
You must first have a user account. It is FREE to Join. It is your unique username that is associated with your page that allows you only to upload, modify and change the information on your page. You have full ownership of your page and entry. It is quick and easy to obtain an account username.
Once you have an account send an email to: 'upgrade 'at' townandabout .com' with the following details: (the email address should be amended to its correct format and is displayed in this manner to stop spam)
Copy/paste the URL at the top of your browser where your current listing is showing
Copy/paste the current specific entry details by highlighting the whole entry to provide the specific details of your current business listing
If your email address is the same as the company name or you can provide proof of ownership we will upgrade the entry and provide you with the ability to enhance your entry automatically.
You will receive a confirmation email when this has been carried out
You can then access the new entry and start uploading your text and images.

Once uploaded your entry will be placed in the correct region and category automatically.
Once you have uploaded your bronze level entry we will automatically upgrade you to a Platinum level (or if you choose another level by informing us accordingly) and you can then follow step 5 above.
How do I correct the details of my business listings?
Follow the steps above. We will provide you automatic ownership of your entry where you can then modify, change or update your details 24/7 days a week.
What size images can I upload and how much text?
Your logo image should be in .gif or .jpeg format and the maximum size to use is "width 500 x height 90". All other images used (see features above) should be in the same format and will automatically resize to fit the page. Don't forget to place a caption above each image which should be no more that 2 or 3 short words. Once your entry has been approved you can always modify at anytime to make sure you present your business to the highest standard.
We provide you with up to 3 different text fields (Platinum Entry). It is advisable to keep your information brief and to the point in each of the fields. It is normal to use 2 or 3 paragraphs in each field. By clicking your RETURN key ONCE will create a new double spaced paragraph automatically.
