Our FREE CV search allows you to search our database an unlimited number of times. The only restriction is that a Recruiter has a) positive ACD balance and b) a currently live Vacancy Ad.
A CV Search will display an Employment History, Location, Preferred Salary and other information pertaining to the Candidate. However, it will not display personally identifiable information, such as name, age or gender.
When Candidates upload their CVs, they choose one of two categories. Public and Private.
Public
If a Candidate has chosen to make their CV Public, then you will be able to view their full personal details for the cost of 1 ACD. The full CV will then be displayed, with the previously hidden personal fields visible to the Recruiter, and open in a new window. Recruiters are then able to Save or Print the CV.
Important:- If a Recruiter closes the window and re-opens the CV again, they will be charged an additional ACD. Therefore we strongly suggest that the CV is printed or saved before closing the window.
Private
If a Candidate has chosen to keep their CV Private, then the option to email the Candidate will be shown. You will be taken to an online form where you can send an email direct to the Candidate, informing them of their suitability for a vacancy. Upon sending the email, 1 ACD will be deducted from your balance.
